This course combines Spanish tuition with lessons on Spanish gastronomy and the Mediterranean cooking. Students will learn how to prepare typical Spanish dishes such as Tortilla Española and Sangría, Gazpacho and Ensalada Malagueña, Paella, Porra Antequerana and Pescaito Frito. All cookery classes will be taught by a professional cook.

Our school's French + Cookery course is designed for those who love food and wish to learn to cook with professional chefs and sample Normandy's signature dishes. The programme combines morning French tuition with 3 lunches to sample Normandy's specialties and 3 afternoon cookery sessions in the Institut Culinarie of Normandy.
French + Gourmet Food course is also offered. Cookery sessions are not included but the course is designed for those with a passion for food and wish to enjoy the best gourmet delights which Normandy has to offer.
