This course combines Spanish tuition with cookery demonstrations (students will learn how to prepare a 3-course menu and enjoy eating the food afterwards), visits to a local place of gastronomic interest, talks on local food/wine, cultural activities and a wonderful farewell meal with wine at the end of the second week.

All cookery classes will be taught by a professional cook.
