This course combines Spanish tuition with cookery demonstrations (students will learn how to prepare a 3-course menu and enjoy eating the food afterwards), visits to a local place of gastronomic interest, talks on local food/wine, cultural activities and a wonderful farewell meal with wine at the end of the second week.
This course combines Spanish tuition with lessons on Spanish gastronomy and the Mediterranean cooking. Students will learn how to prepare typical Spanish dishes such as Tortilla Española and Sangría, Gazpacho and Ensalada Malagueña, Paella, Porra Antequerana and Pescaito Frito. All cookery classes will be taught by a professional cook.

Provencal Cuisine in Aix en Provence, France
French cuisine is famous the world over and this combination course provides a focus on Provençal cooking in addition to group French lessons. Visits to olive oil mills and vineyards, tutored wine tastings, sampling of cheeses and pastries and practical afternoon cookery sessions make this a busy programme.
