This inclusive programme combines Spanish tuition, volunteer work and cultural trips to various areas of Bolivia and students may choose between the 3-week and 4-week options. Accommodation is included, in either local homestays or a student residence.

Discover Colombia, from Bogotá
Perfect your Spanish in Bogotá before heading off into the Amazon rainforest to discover its natural beauty and ecological diversity, as well as the rich culture of the local indigenous communities. A minimum of 2 weeks Spanish in Bogotá is followed by a 5-day Amazon eco-adventure, which takes place where Colombia borders both Peru and Brazil and includes fully guided activities such as hiking through nature reserves and canoeing down rivers to see pink dolphins.

Discover Ecuador, from Montañita
This is a travelling classroom, offering the opportunity to learn Spanish whilst exploring Ecuador. The adventure begins in Montañita and continues north to Manta, a city which offers a range of activities and is just a short distance from Isla de la Plata which is home to rare and exotic wildlife - if you are lucky, you may even see humpback whales as they migrate to the Galapagos! From Manta, the journey continues to Quito, the capital of Ecuador where, amongst other activities, you will visit the ‘Mitad del Mundo' marking the equator, Cotopaxi National Park and take the famous high train ride at Riobamba. The journey ends in Cuenca, a historic, colonial city with its art and museums as well as the Cajas National Park with its 275 lakes. From here, you may choose to return to your favourite destination for an extra week or two. Alternatively, you may choose to take the trip of a lifetime to the natural wonderland of the Galapagos Islands.

Discover Venezuela, from Playa Colorada
This is an award-winning programme which offers a unique combination of Spanish study and the opportunity to travel on adventure/culture expeditions. Venezuela is a great location for such an adventure, being a country of huge diversity with spectacular beaches, exotic jungles, mysterious mountains and ancient indigenous cultures. Participants are based at the lodge in Playa Colorada, travelling out on adventure expeditions and learning Spanish en route. So, no stuffy classroom, just the great outdoors and a taste of the real South America! And just in case you were concerned, you do not have to be extremely fit to take part in this programme; all you need is a sense of adventure and the wish to experience life!

This course is designed for students who wish to explore the beautiful, historic region of Normandy. The programme combines morning French tuition with afternoon culture and tasting sessions, including: an orientation tour of Rouen, a seminar on the Impressionists, a visit to Martainville Chateau Museum of Normandy Traditions, cookery sessions and a farewell dinner.
