1 week Cuban music school is based in Old Havana. This will be the 7th year that this music school has taken place, with daily group music sessions to learn Cuban rhythms and new arrangements. Guest tutors are musicians with Sierra Maestra, Cuba's top son group, and with nights out to local live music venues, this is a musical experience you will never forget! The first week of this new Cuban holiday is spent in Santiago de Cuba with daily dance lessons, cultural visits and accompanied nights out to local live music venues. The second week is spent on the road exploring Oriente region, with nights in Pinares de Mayari and Baracoa on guided walks, visiting waterfalls and beaches and a full day exploring the Cocoa Trail to see how chocolate is made from plantation to product.
