Although it has suffered from years of conflict in some areas, the country has developed a lot in recent years and is safe to visit, giving you the chance to discover many different parts of the country - its vibrant cities, pristine beaches, dense jungles, inspiring mountains and, of course, the warmth and genuine friendliness of the Colombian people.
