At every stage of the booking process the communication received from Caledonia was stellar.  I received regular updates, and any queries I had were answered fully and promptly.  The information provided was thorough, and I was extremely pleased with the service. 

The school was absolutely terrific, it was in a perfect location - central to the city and very easy to find.  The facilities were top class (numerous computers with internet access, lovely bright classrooms, brochures and leaflets for extra information), and the school itself had a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere.  I felt instantly comfortable.  The lessons were incredibly useful, and immensely enjoyable!  In conversation class, the range of topics covered was vast - everything from international politics to superstitions!  In our regular classes, there were many grammar points covered which was very helpful, but they were approached in such a way as to never become boring!  We got to share our opinions and work in groups, and there was no problem if you made a mistake or had difficutly with a certain area - the teachers were more than willing to help.  Also, the environment for learning was wonderful; the teachers were friendly and organised, the atmosphere was kept light, and everyone participated well and seemed very comforatable.

The accommodation (homestay with a family) was terrific - the family were absolutely charming, and I very much hope to keep in contact with them!  They made every effort to ensure that I was comfortable, and were very encouraging when I was practising my spoken Spanish.  It was a really brilliant experience.  The homestay, for me, was a big part of the reason why I enjoyed the trip so much.  The family were so warm and lovely, and I really felt like a part of the family by the end of my stay (even though I was only there for a week!).  Also, the classes were so helpful - I'm going back to my university exams feeling much more confident in my Spanish. 

I had never visited Valencia before - it has a lovely mix of old and new cultures which made it a fascinating place to explore -an unforgettable experience, and worth every penny! KR - Intensive Spanish course (March '12)
