Spanish in Valencia, Spain
Valencia is located halfway down the eastern coastline of the Spanish Mediterranean opposite Ibiza and Mallorca. The city has developed considerably in the past few years and has grown into one of the most captivating destinations Spain has to offer with both city attractions and an impressive beach. Although Valencia is Spain´s third largest city, it has a population of just 800,000 and offers a relaxed, familiar atmosphere.
The impressive City of Arts and Sciences is home to Oceanographic, the largest aquarium in Europe and is surrounded by the lush gardens, Jardines del Turia. Valencia has also hosted many great events such as the America´s Cup and the European Grand Prix and if you happen to be visiting during Las Fallas, be prepared for one of the most unusual and spectacular fire festivals in Europe.
Our school is conveniently located in the city centre, between the historic quarter and the main shopping district. There are several classrooms which are luminous and air-conditioned, a small library, a room with internet access and there is also WIFI.
Minimum age is 16 years (unless indicated otherwise)

Cultural activities and excursions are offered to help students discover the city and local culture.
Accommodation is available in homestays and shared apartments all year round and in the school's residence. Hotels and private apartments also available on request.
Airport transfers are available on request.
Public holidays: the school will close on the following public holidays 6/22 Jan, 19 Mar, 1/2/5 Apr, 1 May, 12 Oct, 6/8 Dec 2010 and no lessons will be held on these days.

Teen Summer Course (12 - 16 years)
This course is the ideal way to combine holiday fun with a valuable language learning experience. Spanish lessons take place in the mornings and afternoons are packed with sports and cultural activities, all supervised and accompanied by the school's own teachers and monitors. Activities include sports, cookery, swimming and beach activities, full day trips to nearby cities, museum visits, dance classes... and much more!

Prices include half board homestay accommodation during the week and full board homestay accommodation during the weekend, transfers and activities.
