Teachers Refresher Courses
Caledonia is approved by the British Council to provide courses for language teachers, including teachers returning after a career break- many of whom can apply for grants through Comenius 2.2 (part of the Socrates programme).
All of our Teachers Refresher Courses are intended for non-native language teachers and include such topics as refreshment of language skills; update on current affairs, culture and the economy; methodology and materials for use in the classroom; use of multimedia; evaluation techniques; student motivation; classroom strategy and practical ideas; class observation; supervised teaching practice.
